The frame of the necklace is of three KA symbols to refer to the Katipuneros. The center piece is a triangular rainbow obsidian which alludes to common design elements found in revolutionary symbology of the past and present. The overall form of the piece is inspired by characteristics I found in the allies I met throughout Canada; bold, loud and unapologetically Filipino.
